I highly recommend Wades. The fried chicken, rice with gravy and speckled butter beans was delicious. Also had blackberry cobbler with ice cream for dessert. Definitely will be going back.

Excellent food! First of all, their takeout/online order pickup process was very impressive. Very organized and efficient. I got the fried chicken, Mac & cheese, squash casserole, fried okra and a yeast roll and it was really good. You can tell they really care about quality. Highly recommend.

Always a great meal from Wade's. Home cooked meals with some of the best corn muffins and yeast rolls and fast and friendly service in the to go area. And if there is any problem with anything the staff will go way and above to take care of your every need ..always a huge fan of Hamp Lindsay and his family business. Great atmosphere for dining alone or with friends or family .

Meat n 3. There is a long line for this place for a good reason. Good southern style cooking. I ordered the chicken breast with skillet gravy. A ton of gravy! I would probably go with country fried steak next time since there is a bone in this meat choice, which the server told me ahead of time. The Mac n cheese was ok, the taste was good but the cheese did not stick to the noodles, that is no good. The cream corn was good, typical taste nothing special nothing out of the ordinary. The buttered carrots, same, good taste, nothing special not bland, good flavor. We didn’t wait very long to be seated but even at 11:20 on a weekday there was still a line. They do have the tables spaced well which is nice. Feels like an old diner feel with the music and atmosphere. I would definitely go here again when visiting Spartanburg. It was about $10 per person for meat n 3 lunch. Meat n 2 would obviously be a bit less but not much, may as well get 3 veggies.
