There is not good phone service in Fort Drum, FL. Where Mine is, So Just Call Leave Message & He Will Get Back With You Soon As The Message Comes Through. I wouldn't recommend for little kids even though no tools are required you wash the pile with a hose It can be a long time before you find something and kids get bored

I would say it's definitely a good idea to call ahead, because the owner needs to be available to open the gate and let you in.
