After living at Trailside for a year - it is an OK place with a great location. Maintenance is fair, buildings are loud *concrete floors* - office team does their job - but there is no sense of community. It is just a place to live. The Community Managers made the process to review options, visit apartments, and break down the fees simple. When it was time to do paperwork, Reed was a pro! He made certain that everything was in order, on time and all questions answered.

Amazing experience here! We ended up being here much longer than expected due to construction issues but loved the community, the location and the management team. With a toddler and a large dog, it was very family friendly complex, suitable for all ages and families. The perks were on site bike storage and storage unit which made it very accommodating for this transitional time in our lives! Best apartment complex downtown!

On the whole, we have very much enjoyed living here. It's a very nice space with great ammenities and the management is very kind. The downtown location couldn't be better! For us, the worst part is the other residents. There seems to be a general lack of etiquette for community spaces despite complex rules. For example, they will let their dogs swim in the pool, play loud music in the community rooms and drink heavily/get rowdy by the pool fairly regularly in the warmer months (sometimes during quiet hours). If you want to live somewhere that feels like a party all the time, then this is a great spot for it. Everyone is super friendly! It always feels a little like a college dorm building -- especially in the summer. -- A great spot for folks who enjoy that lifestyle.
