I can only say wonderful things about living here in the Greene apartment community! From my move in date of August 21, 2021 until now it has been a great experience. From the warm welcome on my first day and throughout the 5 months I have resided here, the entire staff has done a great job! Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, it has always been handled in a very professional and timely manner. I totally recommend this as a comfortable place to live.

I would not recommend these apartments. The management is terrible! Do a self guided tour and talk to the residents along the way - they'll be super honest. Here is just a short list of things to be aware of: - Package theft & car break-ins - Stairwells smell of pee - Management lies to avoid having a conversation - they'll tell you that they will handle an issue but never get to it. - Fake grass around the property smells of dog pee. - Floors aren't insolated so you'll hear your upstairs neighbors - you're required to pay $60 for garage access but the parking garage stickers are never enforced - even if you complain to the office - If you want to complain to corporate, good luck. Corporate never calls back.

Trash apartments for the price. Every time I visit my boss there are bugs, pigeons, and rats running around. Tvs and fireplaces never work. Make sure you read your lease because they'll change your move out date.

When we first toured the Greene we were welcomed by Arnelia who was extremely professional and kind. We were so excited to live here. Well that quickly changed. The apartment itself is nice (a few minor issues that can be overlooked) but the staff is absolutely horrible. The female employees in the leasing office have no intention of assisting you with any issue and will make it known you are bothering them. I have approached them many times and have been very polite but am still met with rudeness. A “luxury” downtown apartment but I walk on eggshells because the staff tries to push you out. It’s uncomfortable and volatile. The rent here is expensive, surely everyone can find a beautiful apartment with a nice staff for this price. I am in real estate and will not recommend this place to anyone. I have a few more months on my lease and I hope they change their attitudes in this time.
