I have been at the Lofts of Greenville for 16 months. I renewed my lease in October planning to stay another year even though there are issues. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations. Dogs everywhere and always some issue with barking or waste. I just chalked it up to apartment living. However, most recently they have taken down a portion of the security fence, even though this is a high crime area. Also….the loading dock has been removed and it’s a nightmare to move in and out of the building. We are losing green space for more parking. It’s too bad that the corporate owners do not care about the residents . All complaints go without remedy.

Amazing property and residents. Before you renew/lease, know that by now having mandatory Lofts of Greenville liability insurance, you can't get REPUTABLE personal property insurance WITHOUT also paying for liability. Great place to live with lots of great amenities. There are two gyms, one regular and the other a cross fit. There is onsite yoga, aerial yoga, and plenty of space to do your own yoga. There is a game room with flat screen tv's, a pool …Thank you for your 5 star review! We are very happy you love living at Lofts at Greenville.
