Whoever is working today June 6 2022 is very raggedy and unprofessional. I called to inquire about an apartment for my mother and I felt like I was pulling teeth to get information out of this young lady. No education or knowledge about anything related to the property. She didn’t even form a proper sentence nor give me proper information on the waiting list nor the process. Just half rebuttals and awkward pauses… My questions weren’t rocket science I just wanted general information. As I asked her questions, she abruptly put the phone down to tend to someone who apparently approached her and never came back to the phone. Didn’t even say “one moment”. Called back several times after hanging up because I was left on a random hold of conversation for 10 mins. My thing is if the property is completely occupied clearly you can’t be that busy to answer questions or know about the property you work at. Sad sad sad. I hope this review finds them!

Parking space is awful. Most resident sometimes couldn't find parking and have to park at the city parking . Maintenance is awful . Front of the building has the ceiling failing apart since November. This is a safety hazard and inconvenience for disable residents.

We moved in and our apartment was completed. It has new cabinets and appliances in the kitchen. Newly painted walls, hardwood floors except for our bedrooms. And they have short easy to care for carpet. Ceramic tile baths. It's safe with security guards. The staff are super friendly, they remember you and ask how you're doing. Our family has been here and love the place. Parking is limited, but we manage. At our ages 57 & 60, with my husband disabled we never had security. Rent would go higher each year, and we would have to leave if rent went up. We have stability here and are pleased and grateful for it. Thanks management from two happy residents here!

No gym. There's a laundry room, and a resident doctor. There's good security as well. It serves the disabled and elder residents. I live here. It's very nice inside and out.

I've lived here since June 2019. The place was being remodeled and finished now. It's nice and clean. Storage would be the large closets in the bedrooms and kitchen..Not all apartments are large. It's very nice and in a good area of town. We love it here. Pet friendly,bsmoking in a area out back outside as most buildings in the state are.

There's never been curfew here that I know of. There is security here, but it makes it a safe place to live.
It is HUD housing that requires certain things like: A. 55 or older B. Disabled (if disabled you do not have to bee 55 or older) C. Low Income D. You can come in and apply
We moved in this past Jan. They have been remodeling the whole building. So far we have not seen the bed bugs or roaches that was here in the past. It is a HUD property.
