I lived here for over 2 and a half years and I'll keep this brief and to the point. Most of the people that live here and good people. My neighbors are great and maintenence guys know what they are doing and do a good job. The staff for the most part is nice but that's only because they money hungry. Way way way way to expensive. Ive got a long list of complaints but those are already in the hands of my lawyer. I DONT Reccomend this place to anyone. They have done me wrong to many times.

Have lived at The Springs for multiple years and have zero complaints. Everyone on staff is competent, kind, and professional. The location is great and the grounds are always kept clean. The maintenance staff is excellent and always super quick to help with any needs. Dannielle was my agent when I moved here and I am happy that she is now the manager. Neighbors are friendly. I like that the complex is gated. And I love that I have a garage! I have lived many places and as far as multi-family housing is concerned, this has been my best experience.

I rented from Springs at Laurens Road for 3 months temporarily until my house was being built. I can say the the office ladies and staff have been the best. The service spectacular. I truly recommend this place.
