Most of the staff is cool, but Patrick London (one of the employees) finds himself being condescending and change of demeanor everytime a person of color needs his help. Also puts your business on blasts in front of everyone in the post office so that you could feel embarrassed:) He needs to do better.

Very lazy staff this is coming from an employee of a much larger delivery company when the workers say they can’t do something for you they most likely are just being lazy. This doesn’t apply to all the workers I’ve been helped by a younger guy there who was really helpful but everybody else shows no effort.

I was left a notice for certified mail while I was out. There was option to reschedule re-delivery. After several days on not receiving my mail I went in person to the post office. I waited in line for 30 min only to be asked to wait in another line to see a manager. “Joyce” could not find my mail. She said she called the carrier and was waiting for the carrier to call her back. She asked for my phone number and promised to phone me. Before leaving I asked her for her contact number. Until today she has not called me nor answered the phone. I still don’t have my mail.

Hit and miss pending on who helps you. The guy with dreadlocks is kind of dumb, could not find one of my packages for 30 minutes. I waited half hour for the manager and he found it in two minutes. If you are dropping off prepaids, make sure get receipts. Had shipments gone missing.
