Great place to live! Apartment manager and staff are all friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Update: I’ve been living in the apartments for 6 years now! It is a clean community and the managers have all been good/helpful. It’s a secure and safe place to live with easy access to 605, 105 and 5 fwy. They recently converted the laundry machines to work via an app. Some cons are that there is no nearby street parking. You can rent an additional parking spot for $65, pending availability. It’s difficult to have visitors due to this parking situation. The pool used to be surrounded by beautiful palm trees that provided some privacy and since they were removed you’re left with the beautiful view of the fwy and a parking lot. The only other thing is you should make sure to buy a fan for ventilation in the bathroom since the units are currently not good with airflow and make restroom susceptible to mold. Overall the experience has been positive, parking has been the biggest challenge so far.
