Their automated system needs a little work. Tried it to book an appointment only to find out that the appointment time never went through. After speaking with the front desk, I easily booked an appointment for my dog. The check-in process was painless, even though they still adhere to strict covid guidelines, it didn't feel like it. They saw my pooch in less than 10 mins and we left happy knowing we received great treatment, and a few treats. Didn't get the run around about his care.

This hospital is the best. The doctor and nurses are amazing, very friendly and they really care about our furry family members. I won't take our pups anywhere else !

Have taken my cat here + referred my roommate to take her cat (basically my other cat) here as well. We have tried to schedule her kitty to get spayed 4 times now, and every time we call they don't pick up, don't respond to the online form, don't respond to the voicemails we've left, etc. When we are lucky enough to get an appointment, the service seems good. However, they are pricey, and don't seem to care much for your animals and just rush to payment and don't have payment plans/options.
