My family has been shopping at Pacific Sales for over 20 years. Recently, I had an issue with my refrigerator that I had for less than a year. My concerns were with a known issue. I worked with the vendor and filed a claim with the BBB (about Samsung). Nothing seemed to work. Herbert, the GM at Pacific Sales, really helped solve the problem. His service was impeccable and appreciated. I went to the store to find a new fridge and the salesperson I worked with was great. He helped me compare products until I found one I was happy with.
