Went to get a reservation for a park party. Staff was helpful and polite. No line and was able to fill out forms quickly. Whole process took less than 15 minutes.

Went here to drop off my little brother so he could play basketball with his friends on a Friday after school. I did not know this place offered passport services until the front desk lady mentioned it. I asked about the prices and was surprised to hear how competitive they were. I went in the the next week to turn in the passport application. I was greeted by Brook(e) and had a flawless a-z customer service experience. By far, the best. She explained the entire process, helped me with the paperwork when I had questions, took the photo, swore an oath (favorite part) and was done within 30-45 minutes. I will definitely come here again in 10-15 years when my passport expires or sooner if I lose it again... Thank you

Very friendly staff , clean open areas , lots things to do or just read book . The A /C is nice when you need to get out of the heat a get a drink of water. I always feel welcome there. Plenty of parking. Best of all it's free !
