I recently joined Rex Wellness Center after terminating my membership with Planet Fitness. I stopped by to complete my forms and get a tour of the facility. Ms. Cathy greeted me and took care of all of my paper work. Andrea was kind enough to walk me around and show me where everything was located. These two women are the most nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. The atmosphere is very welcoming and positive. So glad I was able to become a member here because it is worth every penny.

I love working out at Rex in Knightdale, it is very clean and has the nicest staff and people you will meet! Everyone is friendly and the classes are really fun! Great instructors!

Do I need to make an appointment to tour the facility
Just go to the app store for iPhones, or the Google play store for Android phones. Search for Rex Wellness. Download the app and the next time you come in to work out - ask the front desk to show you how to set up the app. It's super easy!
They do not. However many insurance companies will reimburse you for part of your membership if you show them what you pay for a membership, and give them a printout showing that you went to the gym at least 8 times a month. You have to ask your insurance company though - they won't volunteer the info unless asked.
There's one power rack in the main lifting area and one in the personal training room. Its optional protracted pathway or free weight. With horizontal and vertical adjustments.
They just had it last week. There could be another one coming for the holidays
