I'm only putting 1 star because I know nothing about this place what's lot rent ? Can I have my pets ? Can I put a fence up ? Things I need to know before I buy a place in this area can anyone help with this information?

What operational costs are they talking about?? I maintain my own lot, i cut my own grass i take my trash to the road, I pay for my own lights and water and the maintenance on my own home…. What am I missing here? Why am I being told that once again my Lot Rent is going up due to THEIR operational costs going up.. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to do any business with these people, they are a bunch of greedy people that don’t care about anyone but their self’s.

I called to check to see if they had any availability and they asked me how many people would be staying there I told them either 1 to 2 people. Because I would be roommating. They told me no roommates allowed unless it’s parents or child so I asked to speak to the property manager and repeated what I was told from the front desk representative. The property manager was EXTREMELY rude to me on the phone and pretty much was calling me a lier on the phone. I asked the property manager for her name and she failed to give me her name. Customer service and customer satisfaction is overall poor and terrible. After talking on the phone with the older representive and property manager you all don’t have to worry about getting my money or renting from y’all. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AT ITS FULLEST.

I feel i was racially profiled from the moment I walked in this office. I made an appointment w Tamra and when I got there she wasn't there but magically appeared a few moments later, all while an older woman judged me and questioned everything I had w me, she assumed I would move a bunch of ppl in w me and I kept having to say, no its just my daughter and I. They then showed me a trailer that was DISGUSTING, like there was food still in the fridge and it had been off for days!!! I qualified with no problem but they haven't even called me to ask any questions, I haven't gotten any word of them checking my references....nothing. run.
