Ok, let's be frank people. Michael's seems to be going through some changes and they don't seem to be for the good. I have have been to several in my area and it seems to be across the board. Employees are not friendly or helpful at all. Their selection of things has changed. They seem to carry less of a selection, less options, less coupons, less discounts, less cleaning and organizing of the overall store...just less and less. And don't even get me started on their clearance items!!
