I called with a contact lenses emergency because I’m having extreme discomfort and the contacts aren’t lasting me, despite being properly cared for. I can’t get an appointment until October, but wanted to order more contacts with my insurance in the meantime. A woman who I believe is named Christina(?) answered the phone and was extremely rude and dismissive. I responded to her with patience and kindness. Meanwhile, she continued to cut me off, minimize my concern and try to rush me off of the phone. I don’t feel cared for as a patient and it’ll be ashamed if something bad occurs because I can’t see properly and don’t have support mitigating the issue. The other my eye Dr locations I’ve visited previously have been kind and accommodating. It’s a shame that I can’t say the same of this location.

I went in to pick up a pair of glasses, a lady sat me down for the fitting and when I put them on they were a little crooked. I told her this and she literally started laughing and said that my bangs were just uneven. It was just random and rude, but turns out the glasses were actually crooked and I got them fixed. I’m giving an extra star just because the doctor I always see is very nice.

Scheduled an appointment a month and a half ahead of time, showed up day of and was told there were no doctors. Was lied to about an attempt to reschedule before the appointment, and was told the next available appointment with that doctor was over a month out. Will not be returning, recommend against anyone else going
