Very friendly and took care to get my custom order just right. I really appreciate the added effort their workers did and their kindness at checkout. It was also amazingly fast. Updating 2022! Everything here is still made fresh, to order! They even get my cistomizations right every time. I have been at many Taco Bells, and this one is THE BEST. Even normally messy sloppy dishes like the Mexican pizza are done perfectly.

It’s Taco Bell, food-wise you know what to expect. Service-wise it’s pretty dang bad. Most of the staff actively ignores customers, and will refuse to take a drive thru order until they’re done with whoever’s at the window, which results in enormous lines. One staff member actively mocked me for my order, saying that I was insulting “her” restaurant. Additionally they put up a “Drive Thru Only” sign in the front door window despite their lobby being open. The lobby itself is mostly clean, save for a few tissue wrappers and napkins thrown about. Not the worst TB I’ve been to but it’s far from even remotely good.

The last few visits have been great. I know they've been struggling with staffing but the staff has been awesome. Today I did an inside pick up, the person called me by name and made sure I had everything. One item was forgotten and they fixed it immediately with a smile. Keep up up the great work!

Would not have put a star if it would have allowed me to not. They were short staffed, which I understand and was patient with. But it takes two seconds to be nice to someone. These were the rudest people I have ever been in contact with at a fast food restaurant. There was one young girl working who was nice from what we could tell over the phone but when the Assistant Manager took over the phone call she was completely rude and disrespectful. When pulling up the the window we were met with an even ruder gentlemen who told us he could not help us and to go to the end of the line followed by slamming the window on our faces. We waited for a second and the assistant manager got involved and ended up helping us but not a single person was just genuinely nice at this restaurant and I will NEVER recommend anyone goes there. I understand everyone is short staffed and restaurant workers are going through a lot right now but if you cannot be respectful you have no business working in a fast food establishment.
