A lady from pharmacy department was extremely rude, I spoke to her on the phone around 11pm at night and she was very annoyed and eager to get off the phone with me. Sad because the medical field should be the kindest and most understanding and compassionate. People don’t feel well and are worried about their health, so being treated that way only makes patients feel worse.

ED,ER room as I waited for my family member to be treated I notice that tube of blood was left behind in the room.I immediately nicely informed that nurse and her answer was that it wasn’t a big deal and dint even bother removing the blood sample. The health departments needs to take a look into what’s going on in this hospital. (HIPAA VIOLATION )

I came in Wednesday morning and I’m still here waiting on my Discharge paper, no complaints at all… all my nurses was great chantel ruby Laurie and the rest that I don’t remember their names are very sweet and professional. Dr Hafez stood in my room watching over me while I was shivering Wednesday night and that people is priceless!I felt like I was home thanks for taking care of me 🫶 I really appreciate it 🙃
