Management is on top of towing guest's cars out of their own stalls without a complaint from the renter, but turns a blind eye to the MASSIVE COCKROACH INFESTATION all outside the property. The units are small and there is no storage. The buildings numbers are next to impossible for guests/ delivery drivers to see making it difficult to navigate. The rental office looks nice and the grounds are landscaped often making it appear to outsiders to be a nice place to live. complete facade

edit: My wife and I moved out a few days ago and I felt like I should come update this. In the 5.5 years I spent here the only true complaint I have is that parking is limited. Don't be surprised if you come home around 10pm and find yourself parking on countryside dr Other than that relatively minor inconvenience I really don't have too much else to complain about! Management is awesome, maintenance takes good care of the property, and it's a short drive away to pretty much anywhere in Lincoln. I see other reviews mentioning pest problems and yeah, it can be an issue from time to time. However, whenever we'd notice anything we'd let management know and they'd have someone come take care of it If you have a chance to move here, do it! It's also down the street from Los Gallos, which is a massive plus lol ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Original review: I've been here for a little over a year with my wife. We love it here! Management has always been impressively helpful and maintenance gets things done quickly. Lots of parks, schools, and stores nearby. Also quick access (~5 minutes tops) to 65. A nice quiet apartment complex with staff that cares; we hope to be here for a while!
