They called me asking for my grandmother by name. Not sure how they got my number other than getting from the hospital where it was only given in case of an emergency. Tired of not only these people but others calling me. DON'T NEED THEM I am a nurse myself and have ample supplies and things available.

This review is mainly directed at Prime medical’s customer service, There is a employee/manager there named Michelle who has been super helpful when it comes to recommending and finding the scooter that best suits my medical needs, She was extremely kind and personal, My ramp was delivered quickly but now I’m just waiting for my scooter to be delivered hopefully soon! but as far as customer service one of the best medical places! I will do another review if and when I receive my scooter, so far so good!

Thank you Prime Medical for your excellent service. When I had knee issues and couldn’t walk you provided me with just the right equipment I would need to continue to get around successfully. All employees I made contact with were professional and very helpful. Glad you were there.

After reading these reviews, I’ve decided not to do business with Prime Medical. Your star rating is on the lower end, multiple people reported that the owner, MJ, was extremely rude on the phone to them, and multiple people were hung up on. I highly doubt 4 people misunderstood the phone conversation (person on the other end talking loudly or just being flat out rude) as well as thinking they were accidentally hung up on. The man who just called me out-of-the-blue a few minutes ago was quite pushy, asking for personal information which I had no intention of giving to him. After that cold call and the reviews I’ve read, this potential customer will definitely be taking her business elsewhere.
