I really like Jerome’s furniture. But my latest sales and customer service experience with the Corona location has been subpar. Dissapointing to say the least. We purchased living room furniture and living room furniture back in late April. Our order was to delivered in three separate times. One within 3-5 working days, one in Mid to late May, the other late June. Sales rep says “oh we can deliver in the evening” so change schedule to be there for late evening delivery. we get call from 3rd party delivery calls and says “we don’t base it on time but who is located first” I have to call delivery and set up. Call back and customer service says “we apologize” ask them to note for sales rep if things change….. It is May 31 no call. Call Jerome to check status ion delivery. Customer service says “ delivery is to be mid June and other Mid July” no call whatsoever about delay…. I understand about deliver my during this time. But customer service and a call shouldn’t change!!!! Disappointed in Jerome’s customer service. Maybe it is this location???? Asked to speak with sales manager. Customer service says “she is here today” on hold for over 15 min/20 min……I’m sure they prep sales manager or rep so they aren’t blindsided….. poor customer service. Maybe it is just this location

Richard was great. We hate going into furniture places for the simple fact that we feel we are being followed and hounded by the sakes person. Richard introduced himself right away and reflected the fact we were just “looking.” He rounded back about 15 minutes later asking if we had any questions. Answered all our questions, we had to run back home to check sizing and color… overall we didn’t feel pressured, we didn’t feel we were being followed.. ending up buying a couch because he made our experience enjoyable!

Richard was more than helpful! He took his time and showed me everything I asked for! Everyone employee in the store was very nice and never pushy! I was able to find the perfect loft bed for my daughters room! He offered me additional warranties, but did not force them on me, which was much appreciated! I would recommend Jerome’s to anyone who is looking for quality furniture and great service!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because Jerome’s wants to charge delivery and set up fees for every item purchased. I have been waiting for many months for my sofa sectional to be delivered. It will not be delivered until late May. I purchased a new item today and was told the delivery fee would be $59. Why can’t this item be delivered along with the other items that have yet to be delivered and NOT be charged a separate delivery fee?

Technically, yes....but they would drop it off at the curb and leave. For a bit more, they bring it inside the door and leave. And, finally, for the full price, they deliver inside and set up. I believe the tiers are free, $80, or $150.
