Just had my first experience with A&B Pools. I have always opened, closed and serviced my pool in the past but the day after I opened it this year I was greeted with two failures in the PVC fittings. My pump and housing have settled over the 18 years of the pool and I knew it should be addressed but I kept putting it off, until now. I called their main number but wasn't able to leave a vmail as the mailbox was full? However, the Owner has his cell on the recording in case you need to get him (which I did). I sent him a text explaining what happened and he replied within a couple of hours at most. He sent my information to the office and I received a call from Ross who was very helpful. A&B uses email as their means of communication as well as payment which is very convenient for me. Ross had me scheduled just two days after I called with an 11:30 appointment and the service guys were basically right on time! They remedied the problem and installed thick wall (schedule 80) fittings as they felt the existing ones (schedule 40) were not appropriate for the pressure they were under. The whole job was done very quickly, no mess and for what I consider to be a fair price for their service. I will absolutely use them again, if looking for a pool company give these guys a call and tell Ross I sent you.

Awesome! They came out so quickly for a repair. The crew that came was friendly, professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and cleaned up before they left. Would absolutely recommend!
