I sure hope they are better at pools than driving. Just almost got hit at the roundabout on 59 by a driver. Then he played brake tag when I laid on my horn. Do better!

Our experience with Pleasure Pools has been Amazing. From day one Mr. Charles and Pleasure Pools have been responsive and efficient to our needs. They have done a wonderful job for our swimming pool, which we now enjoy daily. Importantly, service after the pool is also awesome. Honestly, we do feel being treated like family, and even our doggie Simba loves Mr. Charles as his favorite. Recently, our pool cover had some issue after we went back from a trip, the owner Mr. Charles drove almost 2h himself to our house, fixing the issue and giving us instructions for future use. Keep up the great customer service and high-quality work! We cannot wait to tell our friends about Pleasure Pools.

This pool company dealt with myself and my wife , two people who are not easy to always deal with. They responded to every question, concern, issue etc in a timely manner on a text thread with several of their workers. They said it would take 14-16 weeks and we were swimming at 16 weeks. They have been honest and helpful through the whole process. The pool is BEAUTIFUL. Aimee is an amazing person to work with. We have heard of issues with other pool companies not responding, not following up, leaving work undone, constantly switching owners etc. pleasure pools is family owned and has had the same owners for many years. We can’t recommend them enough. Thank you !!
