Mandeville, LA location. I did not need an exam, I came in with my prescription from my eye doctor. I spent as long as I liked looking at frames, which was good because the one person who it looked like was fitting glasses was busy with another customer (there were other employees behind the counter), but it wasn't that long before she was ready to help me. She was completely professional and courteous and my experience was very positive. I found two pairs of frames that suited me, and she took the necessary information to make my glasses. She made several very helpful suggestions that I ended up taking regarding the composition of the glasses and I have been very happy with the choices made. It is good to know that you don't have to spend $400 or more on one pair of glasses because they had a big choice of quality frames and lense choices for a whole lot less.

The front desk staff was so sweet and so professional! They were super helpful and super customer oriented. I got there about an hour early, and they got me in, got my paperwork done, got my initial tests, saw the doctor, picked my glasses, and paid before my original appointment time! The doctor was quiet, but very professional and competent. The nurse testing me was so sweet. The optometrist that helped me pick my glasses and fit them was sweet and honest in her opinions. I felt so taken care of and will be back!
