I had the best experience at Trek. I bought my first mountain bike, and the staff was so helpful and guided me to the perfect bike! Jim was extremely kind and knowledgeable about mountain biking, and Raul helped set me up with all the gear I needed to hit the trails. everyone was very patient and informative, which I really appreciated because I do not know much about bikes yet.
