He advised he would research the needed parts in order to provide a quote. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard from him. Poor professionalism, no follow up, his display of doubt and uncertainty in his ability caused me to go with another company.

I can't say enough good things about Andrew and his team @ WAM Electric. By far the best customer service I have ever seen from a company. We had to reach out to him during Hurricane Ida to ask a question about our Generac Generator. He answered us within 2 minutes during the Hurricane and took the time to walk us through what we needed to do. I ended up needing to reach back out to Andrew after the Hurricane to look at an electrical issue with my hot water heater. Andrew and crew were at my house within 20 minutes of the call and thoroughly went through everything to ensure my issue was fixed. Top Notch Service and Professionalism from WAM Electric.
