Very poor selection of hardware for doors, and what they did have was all made in CHINA! When are our retailers going to wake up and spend alittle more money and sell things made in AMERICA, and not from CHINA!

Really 35 minutes to get two pipes! You get sent here you get sent there. Then the pipes cost TEN dollars more then Home Depot! Just go somewhere else. Way to expensive!

I would choose Dixieline over Home Depot and Lowe’s any day. The customer service is above and beyond. We wanted to invite the staff over for dinner because they were so accommodating and willing to help us get the right material for our project. Additionally, it just reminds me of a hometown hardware store from the 80s. You know the staff and they wave when they see you walk in.

This was my first time going to a Dixieline store and after the experience I will never go back. I was greeted by 2 nice cashiers at the register as I entered the store. I quickly found the essentials that I needed and made my way to the sales counter to request the lumber I would need for my project. The woman who was assisting me was helpful but unsure if they carried the item I was after. A colleague by the name of Rudy or Robert over heard and abruptly cut in the conversation saying we don’t carry that and I can have my guys look for something else. Which I said no thank you to which he said were not a “garden center” and look somewhere else. I said thank you for being so kind to which he replied same to you. You don’t need to take that kind of tone with people. If you are that unhappy at your job I highly recommend you look for something else outside of sales and customer service.

Yes
Yes, even though I was bitten by customers dogs on two separate occurances
I don't have that info but if you call the store I'm sure someone can help you
Yes to both questions they will load it or order it .I have never not got what I needed.some people will say what's a home depot.and I like home depot.
Custom sizes can be made through Simpson. I would change the posts size to 6x6. You can save yourself some money.
If to be used outside and exposed to weather then resawn is best. Holds paint or stain much better
Too many variables to give a price. What type wood, what finish, who's installing, what trim, what demo, etc, etc, etc..................
Power tools!!
No
You should call there and ask about that specific material
We do not carry those, but we have everything to make one!
Yes we do.
