I had my windshield replaced in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate edition. Everything looked good at first glance upon pick-up, but when I got home and wiped the dashboard down, I noticed a gouge in the plastic dashboard up next to the windshield. I took it back and they fixed the damage dashboard, but when I opened the hood to add wiper fluid, I noticed the plastic trim under the windshield was broken aswell. You can only see the damage when the hood is open.... They did fix everything in two return visits on my time and miles at today's gas prices 20 miles away, it should have been one visit and they should have told me about the damage they caused when I picked my vehicle up. Waiting for me to find it is terrible service. I won't go back to this shop again.

Dropped my truck off at 930am, was called by a tech on the phone at 245pm to tell me he couldnt do my windshield because I have a light bar. I thought this was weird because i dont have a light bar i have ditch lights but whatever. Tony, the tech, then kept talking over me when i was asking about his concerns with the aftermarket parts i had because in my mind safelite had replaced it 3 times already and the parts were not in the way of the windshield in any way and hadnt been an issue before. In response to my questioning he used the phrase "i dont tell you how to do your job, dont tell me how to do mine" so at that point it felt like tony was having a bad day and probably wanted to leave early and was making up reason to not do my vehicle so i asked for the manager. Tony said he was the manager so i asked for his boss. Tony wouldnt help me at that point, later i find hes not a manager and only a shift lead,so i reached out and spoke to the actual manager who im waiting to help resolve the situation. In the meantime i had to go back and pick my vehicle up Horrible customer service so far at this location. We will see how the manager Josh can help

I really don’t understand why people leave 1 star reviews for this location. I had a GREAT experience! I had an appointment on 2/19 @10am. I received multiple reminders that my appointment was that day, which I love because I’m a very forgetful person. Right when I walked in, the receptionist was very professional and sweet. The service took literally less than an hour. Luis (I think that’s how you spell it) was SO amazing and had great customer service. I was on the phone and didn’t realize he was waiting for me to end the conversation but didn’t interrupt me at all! I was the one apologizing to him! Lol! I highly recommend this place :)

super fast service to replace my passenger panel glass. I was able to conveniently book an appointment online, and received a quote through the website. I appreciate that many emails and text messages were sent to remind me of my appointment. the location was easy to find and my technician Luis was pleasant and professional. I dropped my car off at 1pm and it was ready for pickup within 20 minutes! overall a positive experience and highly recommended.

They do have a drop off. When you make an appointment you can choose, but I can't remember the earliest you can drop off.
