I’ve been a tenant for over 4 years and disappointments keep piling up. The latest is their landscaping project that simply consists of completely removing all bushes and small trees around the complex, that housed bunnies, birds, gave beautiful flowers in the spring and made the place a little less ugly. Not to mention other issues, like my washing machine that only fills up half way, moldy bathrooms, cars parking illegally in the property, my car being hit in the parking lot, and the absence of security cameras. It’s 2022, who doesn’t have surveillance?! The only thing they’re good at is raising your rent every year, by a lot! The only reason they even got one star from me is because the staff is friendly, I give them credit for trying. It’s my understanding that this is more of a management problem. And yes I have expressed my concerns on their residents website. And nothing.

I had a tour with Agent Brianna and she’s very nice and professional to show me the apartment. It’s a nice neighborhood and recommended if you love living in the suburb.

Rent can be paid several ways. You can pay either by dropping a check off at the office, pay on the portal monthly or set up automatic payments through the portal.
We have assigned spaces on the property for an additional cost, garages available to rent or on street parking in front of our community.
Some apartment homes do have washer/dryer in home. For the apartment homes that do not have washer/dryer in home we do have 4 laundry rooms located around the community.
Yes, we are just a few miles from the Garden State Parkway (exit 135).
We have a bark park, playground, outdoor fitness stations, bocce ball court, pool and Morgan bikes which are available like City bikes.
We do not have furnished apartment homes, however we do have a partnership with Cort Furniture.
In reviewing the negative reviews it appears we have not had one for 3 years. Three years ago there was a problem with the water which was partially American Water partially Duncan Hill problem. This was corrected 3 years ago.
