I used this agency as a referral from an old agent and the setup from one state to another was quick and easy…however I just called to cancel my policy and the attitude and unprofessional responses I received were extremely nasty!!! This employee should be reevaluated, you are in the service business, Karen. It’s not for everyone!!! Maybe consider something else if you aren’t happy. Sheesh, the name fits the attitude. Horrible experience!

Worst car insurance ever. Allstate steal my money and they don’t want to give it back. I was a customer with my dad, the policy was under his name. I paid in advance for 6 months and then I got into an accident on half of those 6 months I paid. When I when there someone told me I was gonna get a refund for those 3 months. Then I keep calling and nobody wanted to help me and they told me there is no money.
