I won’t bring my bike anywhere else, even after moving out of town! Jays has the most knowledgeable, helpful, friendly people working there. From a few years ago for my first tri and very first time there, they showed me how to change a flat when I was buying a spare tube, to just last night they helped set up my new trunk rack for my trip this weekend! John that works there is amazing and I’m so grateful for their help every time I go!!

Outstanding service from very knowledgeable staff with a great attitude! Staff member identified the part I required quickly, then walked through questions I had with time to spare. Price was reasonable. Offered to install the part, then made me feel comfortable when I shared that I intended to install the part myself. Very busy shop but plenty of humor evident. This business has been in the same location in Westfield for decades and managed to prosper. Great selection of bikes, and accessible as well as advice.

Walked in with a seized brake system on my road bike (which I did not buy from them) right before an important ride. It was a total emergency and I didn't have the right tool. Jay's team jumped on it, repaired it for on the spot no charge and handed me a tool to keep it from happening again with a smile on thier faces. Thank you Jay's Cycle Center!! Josh
