Ordered a few trays for an event and the ordering process was simple, very detailed, and they knew the questions to ask to make sure the order was correct. The food was ready when promised and the food was excellent. Ferraro’s salad was a hit as well as their pastas and chicken. Pickup at this location is simple thanks to their parking lot.

Ordered Grandmas pizza was received looking very dried out, I’ve been a Customer of Ferraros since it opened as a small Pizza restaurant- it certainly has come down in its reputation. Pizza, pasta etc were always excellent especially the pizza and lasagna! I’m Irish and was married to a native Italian! We were delighted to Have Ferraros open in Westfield. It is no longer the l small , intimate famiky restaurant we knew- using family recipes and producing great pizza and other standard Italian meals!B I just spent hours trying to get a be pizza for dinner and ordered their Grandmas pizza for dinner tonight- it was a shrunken dried out non existent pizza ! More Like crackers over-burned in an oven with a bit of dried out cheese and tomato! What a disgrace to Anna’s reputation in this town! I knew the family and several of the chefs who worked here previously! So disappointed in this restaurant-?yet again! very expensive tor a dried out pizza and a non existent dessert!
