TrueZero - Hydrogen Fuel Station

Update: So every Friday there is a mechanical issue and the station is down. Every Friday this happens! Cannot stress this enough, make sure to fill up BEFORE the weekend. So unreliable over the weekend and much higher demand. Very unreliable overall especially considering its the only one in San Diego so you'd think they'd be more on top of it. Almost always out of fuel whenever I check and always has delays for refueling. Every week at least once there is some sort of "mechanical issue". It's supposed to be refueled twice a day but it seems more like every other day. Truck is usually hours late. I've seen it get refilled as late as 10 pm the same day and if that doesn't happen it will be the next day. Rarely have I been able to fill up all the way before the pump either freezes or has to refill itself or something. On my most recent visit I waited for 2 hours!! Yes 2 hours while some technician showed up an hour late to fix a "mechanical issues" and had no sense of urgency.

Terrible. My car says online, someone fills ahead of me, leaves, pump says "not dispensing." I call, nothing happens. I leave. 5 minutes later showing back online.

Reading all the reviews helped me on avoiding the new toyota Mirai. No wonder there giving them away. I'll stick with Tesla.

This place is absolute trash. I visited San Diego and I realized that I ran out of gas. I waited for hours to see a status update because this station ran out of hydrogen but their update was very slow. I had to leave my car in SD and have someone pick me up to go home, which is an hour and a half away. The next day, it said hydrogen delivery was planned for 7pm so I planned to drive down after work. I didn't see any updates until 11pm and waited all day long only to find out that they missed the delivery. They stated that they will reschedule for morning delivery tomorrow but I honestly don't trust this station, nor do I trust True Zero anymore. Very unreliable considering it's the only hydrogen fuel station in the entire city of SD.
