I love this place, it may be a small little restaurant but the food is amazing, Sam woo has been around over 40 years with many locations, if your ever in the neighborhood you definitely must eat here, you will be looking forward to coming back as soon a you walk out that door. God bless

To be honestly, it’s not worth my 30 mins driving for this dinner. Roast duck is not bad, salty chicken looks like not fully cooked, bloody red around the bone. Especially pork liver, taste ugly! I want to beg them to cook it again, because tasting is like raw liver! We left the whole dish, can’t eat it!

As a child going out to this restaurant with my family was a treat. Although they’ve cleaned up the place, their food thankfully is just as I remember. As you walk in the first thing that hits you is the smell of great cuisine. After that you are met with the sight of roasted ducks hanging prominently on display. On the right hand side is for those who are in a hurry and know what they’re ordering to go and for phone orders. The have quite the selection menu-wise. Now for those that are going to dine-in. They have a seating for up to 7 or 8 as a family also have other seating options as well. The waiters are very helpful and attentive to their customers and very courteous. if anything is wrong with your order or it’s not to your liking they will make things right. Which is why I always enjoy coming back here. They have not changed and their service is excellent it’s definitely worth the trip. Try their wonton soup. the bbq pork fried rice is the best. The bbq pork and bbq duck are exquisite.

No frills. An honest casual filling meal with prices and flavors that stay true from when I first ate here 30 years ago. Prices are fair and portions are hearty that I drive an hour to eat here. There's too many gimmicky food places now and I find myself easily picking this place for their BBQ meats and comfort foods. If you want your fancy service and dressed up plating etc, please go eat somewhere else and leave this place be. Some of else don't mind the cozy atmosphere with mostly Cantonese speaking staff, the mahjong tile clock, and unfaultable service.

Yes it is, but they're often very busy and it'll go straight to the voicemail.
They do sell whole roasted pig. You need to do advance order
I didn't get duck there last time. I was having breakfast there. It's just ok. Coffee not strong enough for me.
