Whenever I need a trim I ask for Mai. She listens and does a great job. I also bring my 3-year-old son here and Mai makes him laugh. She is great, but I've had other stylists do my hair on days when she isn't there and they all do a great job too.

That man does NOT know how to cut hair. I asked for my undercut to be evened out and cleaned up. His solution was to shave my head down to the skin! Now the lower half of my skull is exposed, and I have a harsh, straight line of demarcation instead of the gradually blended fade with a round feminine hairline that I asked for. I LOOK LIKE A MUSHROOM. I'm going to hide until this disaster grows out. I asked him to snip a few pieces that were longer than the rest, but he refused. He started thinning my few remaining hairs for some reason! No discussion at all, just hacking away until I was practically bald. Now, instead of an uneven haircut, I have almost no hair left on my head! I can't bear to see my reflection. The shampoo was so rough that it practically gave me a concussion. I said there's still shampoo in my hair, showing the suds on my hand. He said no that's conditioner... Shouldn't that be rinsed out???
