Optical takes forever! And you still have to take a number and wait.

I didn’t get my eyes examined here but i did purchase my glasses here. I had gone in to do a price comparison with physical and online retailers. I found out that for the price of 2 pairs of high index glasses with transition and blue light filter and anti reflective coating and scratch resistant coating, costs the same if not less than only one pair at the other retailers. The wait is long and there’s a lot of people. Some of the staff are courteous but others are not and unwilling to help/impatient. It’s really luck of the draw on what type one would encounter. But for the price, I would put up with the not so approachable staff and be extra appreciative of the awesome ones.

Dr. Sugiyama was so nice and kind. He explain the condition of my eyes, which contact lenses are better for my eyes, and took his time to make me understand if i had a question.

The optical.vision part was amazing I like how the employee are so nice, and they give me advice on choosing glasses, and the eye doctored was really nice, but long time waiting and you don't get the glasses right away
