They need to put price stags on there merchandise.The clearance section is messy and no price tags.Prices on some things are way too high!

Meh... while I am not a "BIG LOT" customer I have been known to pop in from time to time to check specific items... such as it was this afternoon... I was looking for lip balm and TARGET was closed due to damage caused by a roof collapse. I ended up leaving BIG LOT after not finding the specific brand I normally utilize. By the by... the prices weren't even that beneficial as one might imagine when thinking of this establishment...

Never had problems paying with my ibotta's gift cards with other cashiers at the same location, always helpful and very receptive when they are trying to figure it out how to apply my gift cards until today. Sandra and Matthew were really rude!!! From the beginning the cashier was yelling all customers with NEXT!! and when I tried to explain how to process my gift card she told me she "knew" what she was doing and demanding my original gift card ( it's digital!!, this is the original) . Then she called Mathew, who was saying the card didn't scan because I have a protector film on my phone ( he didn't even scan it and also can't he punch the numbers? ) then I told him, ok let me explain how to proceed and he cut me right there saying I KNOW HOW TO DO MY JOB! I was speechless. At the end I paid with my gift cards and I didn't receive any apologies. I still heard Sandra talking bad about us with another customer. Also, something I really hate, they berated us because we are asian and speak English with accent. I speak with accent and it doesn't mean I don't know English and I'm stupid
