We've been with them for years and loved almost every bit of it. The doctors are super empathetic compassionate and friendly and the assistants are pretty sweet as well. Will keep coming back for certain.

Great front desk - Sara is especially helpful both in person and by phone. We seen several providers there - therapy, nurse practitioner, PA and physicians - as well as lab work. Everyone was caring and helpful. We are so pleased with all the services!

I’ve never had major problems with the front desk or billing with this clinic. They have been our primary care clinic for over 6 years. My current provider Lindsay Nourse is by far the best provider I have ever had. She is so kind and caring. What really set her apart for me is that she really, truly listens to your problems and respects your input and comfort in your medical care. Multiple times she has asked if tests/medication/methods of care are okay with me before going forward. She is also SO great with my children. My youngest has autism and she has been patient and accommodating. We have never had a problem or delay in referrals for his therapies. We are moving soon and I am so sad to be leaving her. I highly recommend requesting her as your primary care provider.

I've been coming here for a few years now and can say it's done a great job addressing issues that used to come up. I recently hurt myself working out. I was seen that day and then given a referral which was scheduled into an appointment for later that day. I wasn't able to see my primary care doctor, due to the short notice, but the doctor that saw me was also very nice and helpful. Everyone, from the receptionist to the staff to the doctors, all did a great job.

You may be able to make one through the labcorp website but it has always been first come first serve when I am there. They go very quick though and there is rarely a wait if you don't go in the morning when they open.
Biggest Covid-19 test center in Thurston County is at the Hawks Prairie Providence clinic. It's drive-thru. Best time to go is early.

I know they take Medicare and have wheelchair access. They are all very nice, understanding and courteous.
