I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and I think it’s time for me to write them a review. This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to, no doubt!! People can say whatever they want smh All of the staff is always fast and attentive to customers’ needs, and Gaia, the manager always goes above and beyond for every matter, she’s very kind, patient, attentive and caring. Store wouldn’t be the same without her, there’s literally people (just like me) who drive further just to go to this specific location… Unfortunately successful women nowadays get easily targeted, but you keep up with the great work and let them slide… Hope you guys have a wonderful weekend, I will be seeing you all soon! Thank you Oh and btw your greeting cards are the cutest! Lol

Been going here for more than a year with all of my business shipments and they are very professional. Friendly staff combined with excellent customer care makes my shipping much less painless. Thank you Gaia and the rest of the guys for actually a pretty fun experience.

I just want to start off by saying that I had the best experience here and I am continuing too due to Mo! He has done a awesome job with handling a minor situation I had with ups and he went above and beyond his costumer service!!! This is someone who truly values his job and cares about his costumers I appreciate people like Mo for loving what they do and providing a great service super respectful man and true to his word thank you for all you did for Isaac and I we are glad you are a UPS member 🙌🏽❤️

I absolutely love going to this store. From Carlos greeting with a happy smile and Gaia so friendly and helpful!! I also have to mention the patience Larry has with me. I come here often and have no idea what I’m doing. You guys are so sweet!!
