Very unprofessional, long wait, poor grade of nail products. And salon isn't clean!!! They need to work on improving services. A complete overhaul of the services that they provide. One 🌟 is the lowest, but they had 1/2 🌟 that's what my rating would be....

I paid $15 for a Gel Manicure on my natural nails. I like the price, but the nail tech was a little fast. Before I got a chance to say no, she started to trim my nails. I wish my nails weren't as short, but they'll grow back . They only accept CASH, but they have an ATM that charges $2 of your entire withdrawal. They have limited parking behind Hair Ballers, the store right next to them. The color I have is Great Smoky Mountain.
