I love going to breakfast at the Broken Yolk Cafe in Plaza Bonita. There is plenty of parking and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Service is excellent with a smile. I ordered the Chilaquiles picture below. This dish was outstanding and I recommend it highly. Follow up visit: I went to meet a couple of my girlfriends for breakfast today and everything was top notch from the service we received from the staff to the way they accommodated our seating needs to the food we were served. 5 stars all the way.

Food was not good (California breakfast burrito). It was basically eggs wrapped in tortilla and not much else. Absolutely flavorless. We couldn’t find our server anywhere so kept asking the multiple hostesses standing up front if they could track him down. At the end they saw I barely ate any of my burrito and still charged us. Definitely do not recommend.

This is the second time I go. Esthetic wise good for a brunch with friends. I I think the only problem here is because it's a popular place the customers feel rushed to order their drinks then their meals. So just advise before coming in look at the drinks or ask for water first. That way you have time to look at the menu and ask for your drink until then. Overall food for me is a solid 7/10. Pretty basic meals or maybe I was expecting more in some. Definitely if you order their burgers get sweet potato fries delicious.

Great food! Great service! Great drinks! Outside patio is nice! Highly recommend this broken yolk and this breakfast spot in general!
