I don't know where to start...had 3 pm reservations...sat us..server came over and got our drink order...drinks came...ordered apps, soup and dinner. Orginial server brought apps...that was the last time to see him. 15 minutes later different server brought food...no soup..food brought back....got soup....food came back out 20 minutes later. They put my steak under heat lamp and refired husbands steak..my steak came back charred..by a different server again....i order my filets medium.. server said that is their medium. It wasnt the last time we were there. Sent steak back as it was tough as nails... brought out again by a different server...no idea who our server is at this point...steak cooked better but no taste...meanwhile i have no idea who to order another drink from....all of this could be forgiven until the end. I watched all servers pack up to go food for the customers there...we got 2 boxes thrown at us for us to do ourselves....not what i expected for a 300 dollar meal. Will spend our money elsewhere in the future. Manager said he would fix it on our next visit....there won"t be another visit. Worst anniversary dinner ever. We had such a great dinner there for Christmas..so disappointed and heart broken. Better steak houses down the road...lesson learned

First time here was for Valentine's day with my husband, and I can't say either of us cared too much for the experience. We ordered a couple of side dishes to go along with our main courses, one of which was their potatoes and onions. It arrived visibly and rather noticeably burnt. I'd estimate about 25% of the food on the plate was not "caramelized" or "browned", but straight up blackened and burnt. I calmly pointed this out to our server and instead of taking it back he took a heaping spoonful, plopped it on my plate, and walked away. He never came back to our table after that. We had to ask someone else for water refills and to bag up the two leftover side dishes. We only got one of the two side dishes back in a box, and if you guessed it was the burnt potatoes, you'd be right. Later, a different waiter came to ask us about dessert. We were pretty disenchanted at this point and complained to this waiter about the missing side dish, burnt potatoes and AWOL server from before. This waiter, props to him, immediately said he'd get us a new boxed side and dessert on the house. This guy (and the other food) is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. I understand Valentine's day must be one of their busiest nights in the year. Maybe the first guy just snapped, who knows. But if a restaurant charges almost $90 per person, I'm going to be expecting good food and good service. I don't think I will be returning any time soon. Edit: Thought about it a little more after the topic of this restaurant unexpectedly came up again. Downgraded to 2 stars.
