Place is clean, staff is awesome & there's barely any wait time. Aside from being turned away for my third donation because my temp was 99.6, this place is fabulous. I thought they would take into account that I just walked there in the heat but that didn't happen. I told her I'd wait until I was cooled off in the waiting area, she refused, saying it's policy. That was frustrating but I have to understand.

Garbage location, don't waste your time. Everyone is training, no one knows how to do their job. Plenty of people standing around though, they look well staffed. Save your hours of time, go to a different plasma center. Doesn't matter if you watch your protein, hemacrit, hydration, temperature, etc. They rile you up with their inefficient operations, techniques, and untrained staff then act surprised when your pulse is up or blood pressure after hours of waiting only to get turned away. Every time you come, expect something different. Surprised I made it past the decent money before they started to ruin your donation. They obviously don't care about return customers. Go donate- anywhere but here!

Donation as I'm typing. Love the customer service in this place, the AC went off and they are fanning us to make sure we're ok. In addition, Ashley has a very light touch while inserting the niddle, didn't feel a thing.

Everyone here is amazing. You are greeted right as you walk in the door and walk out. Despite their hours, this place is gold standard. I’ve been to so many plasma places where the employees looked and acted like they hated their job, some felt unsanitary… but this one- you’ll find nothing but smiles and uplift. Speaking of being sanitary, this center is by far the cleanest and most hygienic. The pay for the first 8 donations is the best you’ll be able to find in san diego, believe that! There’s many more reasons why i give this place five stars. I recommend you come in and check it out if you’re interested in donating.
