The doctors are fantastic. The admin staff could use more training. I called the other day to make an appointment. I am not sure who the morning receptionist was but she was extremely rude and condescending. Normally the girls are really nice, but I've never had experienced scheduling with this particular admin either. I had expressed that the admin that had given me instructions previously did not detail that EKGs would have to be done on a particular day. That previous admin essentially says "You can come in or schedule whenever or the date of your appointment." When I expressed this to the newer receptionist as I was making my appointment, she was very condescending telling me that they didn't have appointments throughout the week and were only done on Fridays. I find my time very valuable and have to make arrangements, as I imagine everyone does. This is not the only specialist I see and scheduling is of the utmost importance. If your staff isn't on the same page as far as scheduling, that's not the patients fault 🤷🏽 Very disappointing as this gives such amazing doctors a bad name.

Today was my first time coming here and there was good and bad experience. Chris was amazing great attitude and enthusiastic about his job. He was absolutely awesome. I mainly decided to write this review to have him recognized for his excellence but also to review a extremely negative person. She does the stress tests and I noticed a student from Concord college was assisting me to prepare for the stress test . The woman walks in very unprofessional and starts yelling at the student even though she was told by someone else to take me into the room. She was very Adamant that you do what I say no matter what anyone else tells you! As if she has the highest authority in the office. She continued to yell at her in front of me instead of taking the conversation elsewhere. It upset me quite frankly because I've done medical assistant externships and nursing. We are students there to learn and do as were told not be yelled at and disrespected or embarrassed publicly like that. the miscommunication is within the office and was not her fault she was just following orders. My encounter with her was not well either it took alot for me to not disrespect her. She first started speaking to me in Spanish assuming I don't speak English. Second strike . She talks down to people as if they're ignorant and do not comprehend. Third strike. I was nodding my head to the instructions she was giving me never asking a question. Then she pauses and asked with an attitude again um can you hear me as if I were deaf because your not answering my questions? She didn't ask me questions she was just giving demands. The unprofessionalism by this individual was jaw dropping I could not believe the office tolerates such behavior from an employee. After the test I went back to my room to wait the student returns and she begins yelling at her again about the same situation. This better not happen ever again! Do you understand me are we clear!? And it went on and on down the hallways. Very upsetting and unfortunate. Healthcare is not a field she should be in whatsoever.

Dr. Sharf is one doctor that cares about his patients. I've been a patient of Dr. Sharf since 2001, and I'm still here walking on God's earth. He's differently one of God's Angels! HE'S THE BEST DOCTOR EVERYONE WOULD WANT!!

This doctor is AWESOME! I cant even find words to describe how caring he is with his patients. He is also funny if you have a sense of humor and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. If your having any sort of problems with your heart, Dr. Sharf is who you're gunna wanna see. I have such a hectic schedule and his staff does their best to accommodate me when I need or would like to see him. You're the best doc!!!!!!!
