great trailer park. very clean. kept up very well. active social club at club house. sometimes live music.

Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood for 55+. My Grandma lives here and she loves it. The neighbors are kind and caring. They have gone out of their way to help my Grandma now that she is sick. Definitely not a kid friendly place. Most of the residents are much older and they prefer quiet over the sound of children.

Was so excited to purchase a home in this community. The best day there was the day we sold our house and moved out. It is a pretty, well-kept up park, but the beauty of the park is only skin-deep. Park is full of cranky, closed minded people who think too much of themselves and aren't open to new ideas. Management doesn't help, as they play favorites. Other Sun communities in the area are much, much nicer.
