As a former employee I just don’t understand why the cashiers move so slow cashing out sales. I literally timed one transaction of 7 items & the total amount of time it took to cash out that customer was 2mins & 42 seconds. The line is literally out near the shoe display . It’s sad honestly.

Cashier was very friendly even though the wait in line was usually long...The good deals and nice service at checkout made up for it.

This store offers a wide variety of trendy clothing and accessories. I like their shirts and their jewelry the best. I have a lot of shackets from here that are good quality. The line is long at times but it usually moves quickly. They get new items in very often. I recommend this store for cute, trendy clothing.

On March 17, 2019 we visited the King of Prussia, PA mall location. Frankly I was shocked to see how messy & dirty the store was. We entered the store on the second floor and there was no employees in sight. Clothes were all over the floor, even the registers to checkout were closed. It wasn't until going down to the first floor that we saw some employees, but that didn't change anything, since clothes were still all over the floor. Garbage littered all over, like litteraly, customers left cups from various food places right on the shelves next to piles of clothes, which I agree isn't your employees fault, but what is their fault is they just walked on by them and wouldn't throw them away. Floors were dirty, and haven't been swept in weeks if not months. It was the worst Forever 21 we've ever been in, and we've been to several of your locations in PA & NY. The King of Prussia Mall is a very nice mall, with many high end stores, and gets lots of foot traffic. So I can't understand why this store is such a disaster. It's clear that the employees are very poorly managed and don't care how the store looks, had this been the first forever 21 we've ever been too, we would have never gone to another one again.
