I don't shop there often, but when I do I'm reminded of how wonderful true department store shopping can be. It takes me back to great memories of shopping with my mother when shopping was an experience. Anyway, today was a great example of top notch customer service from an employee who embodied all of the classic and comforting characteristics of an experienced sales associate. Connie in the jewelry department went above and beyond to not only help me find the perfect gift, but to also make me feel valued as a customer. She was a true delight and I left confident in both my purchase and decision to shop at Neiman Marcus.

This is my favorite store to shop at. The workers are always so kind and they have an amazing selection that is always displayed beautifully. I went in looking for a new pair of sneakers and the ladies working were phenomenal as always. And I was so happy with my new purchase of Balenciaga's. Thank you Neimans for never disappointing.

I usually have a great experience and love this store but have to give a lower rating today. I was looking at the high end purses trying to find a new one for myself, then this lady offered her assistance and very clumsily and obnoxiously started shoving a price tag in my face, screaming ‘can you see a price tag??!!!’ thinking probably I’m not aware how much a Gucci bag is? It was an extremely unpleasant experience and very awkward. I’m assuming her previous workplace was Walmart. Please offer proper training to your employees teaching them to respect the customers.

If I could give Neiman Marcus extra stars, I would! This store is such a welcome respite from the madness that is the King of Prussia Mall. Walking into Neiman Marcus honestly feels like a relief. The store is beautifully set up and white glove clean. The merchandise isn’t all shoved together on racks like in other stores, it is perfectly placed and spaced out enough to let the clothes breathe. There are too many awesome designers to mention but my photos show quite a few women’s favorites. The espresso bar is a good place to grab a quick beverage and relax for a spell. Don’t forget to check out the shoes! Eye-catching, upscale designers like Burberry, Moncler, Gucci, Loro Piana, and so many more.

If you place the order with Neiman Marcus and use one of their crew your card called them up they have it on a backup computer file and if you use a credit card call your credit card company up and they'll tell you what it is the order

Uber and Lyft are good choices ($5-$8) because of the traffic but depending where you are on market street, it's only about a 20 minute walk.
