If you place the order with Neiman Marcus and use one of their crew your card called them up they have it on a backup computer file and if you use a credit card call your credit card company up and they'll tell you what it is the order
If you placed the order how did you paid for the order? That would be your paper trail as well as a receipt. They are not going to send out anything if the order wasn't finalized . In other words they are looking for the money first then they will send the items out to you. Hopefully this will help so that you can get what you wanted.
