They fixed my vacuum very fast. It lost all suction and I had done everything the manual said to do to fix it with no increase in suction. Glad I brought it here. They also repaired a broken clip and cleaned it so that it looked brand new.

Thought I would lose my mind when I found my Bissell crosswave cord chewed in two by one of the pups. I called one place close to Arden area and the guy was rude, so I called this place next. The woman there had been such a sweetheart and said for me to bring it in. Before the day was over they called me for a pick up. The two men that were at the front desk were real welcoming and helpful. One gentleman carried it to the car and put it in for me. Just really great customer service and prompt overall. Price had been shockingly cheap... and as a bonus-maybe not for some but definitely for me- it seemed as if they did a "maintenance cleaning" on it. Spray mechanism on it had way more pressure. As I picked up that one I ended up dropping off my first crosswave (chewed cord smh) to get fixed lol. Now I'll have a backup one right away verses flipping out and busting out the OG mop lol!

If your like me and appreciate a mom and pop small business this is definitely a business to save in memory bank. They fix old and new vacuum machines. As well as sewing machines. When all the other sewing machine repair companies give up because they can't find the parts this business not only has the parts, possess the knowledge and demonstrate over 30 years of experience in the field. Great diamond in the rough.

I had a very simple fix--just a new needle on my sewing machine--and they were prompt and I'll just say they gave me a great deal. Polite and took time to explain a few things about my machine to me, and carried my machine out to my car too! Maybe a little rough around the edges, but for my situation I left more than happy.
