The copy/print sender is horrific - HOPE you get Starr or Adrienne because they are the only competent ones, and I've had horrible experiences with other younger workers who are laughable and are grossly under trained. The stores "management' is a joke. How are your machines down for days and still not repaired?? Wilmington Office Depot never has such lacking staff OR down machines for days.

All the copier/printer machines were down except one. And of course the person using it is making a thousand copies (literally). So while the girls working laughed and had a good time I was finally able to get their attention. I asked if there was anyway they could print it back there. Mind you I need one thing printed. She says no and said my only option is to print it there. After over 20minutes the lady finished and I was able to go. I checked the preview and it looked good however, after it printed it was tiny and the ink was barely there. So now back to the counter I go - I informed them that the ink was low and the paper was hard to read and also asked if they could help me make it full size. You know what she did… she printed it back there for me in about two seconds… so why could that not been done from the beginning. Ridiculous and waste of time.

I’ve never had good experiences at Staples or Office Depot these store are really on their way out. I actually bought a printer from Best Buy so I wouldn’t have to use a Staples of Office Depot again. My printer is in storage so I had to come into this story and everyone’s attitude is that or a person who makes barely enough to survive and they aren’t happy to be working there. These stores just need to close up and their employees need to find better jobs.

Staff is polite and helpful; they are trained to guide you through whatever you need in store. Very wide selection or office supplies; if its computers, laptops, fax machines, printers etc etc Decently priced. If compare to Office Depot- same supply, but WAY cheaper. I love the service where you can sit on a computer and print all documents and pictures you need from your email/google drive/USB etc! Very useful service. Came here a few times and always found what I needed. I have also printed my business cards here, which are SO MUCH CHEAPER than a regular printing store. You can also order here business hats, shirts, banners, signs... If youre a business owner and need marketing material or office supply, this is a MUST stop for you! Great location too. Near BestBuy, Pet store, bunch of restaurants, and PLENTY of parking.
